The annual beach racing hits this weekend in Weston-Super-Mare and witnessing the bright stars of enduro competing against each other. Big names such as Billy Bolt, David Knight and Paul Bolton will be on the line-up for this event.
The first day of the event takes on the category of Youth and Quad races which are always entertaining and exciting to watch as almost 1000 riders will compete. Top of the rider’s list is Tod Kellet, a defending WBR champion and two-time winner. The local rider has made the event his own way in recent years and marks to continue his winning ways this weekend.
Contending also for this event is Conrad Mewse. The Hitachi ASA KTM rider was recently crowned the British MX2 Champion and also a former winner in the junior category races. Revo Husqvarna Racing team will also in presence together with Billy Bolt and Pocock brothers, Mel and Brett.
Running under Dave Thorpe’s Builbase Honda team were Josh Gilbert, Alex Snow and Luke Hawkins. Gilbert will compete with Buildbase Honda colours while Luke Hawkins and Alex Snowy will run with HypdroGarden special liveried machines.
