The one drawback that he experienced was that his “poor performance” that he experienced during his second final which resulted in him preventing to start the season with the red leader plate. Blazusiak will have to work hard for him to prevent Webb into taking the lead in the Prestige Category.
Billy Bolt who is currently the third placer should also be a tough contender for the KTM rider. Bolt manages to win his very first SuperEnduro. Also considered to be a page turner will be Alfredo Gomez who will be raring to go.
4th in overall, Manuel Lettenbichler will be aiming the top spot of the podium after his great GP at Poland. With both having a not so good night at Poland, Colton Haaker and Johnny Walker will definitely elevate their skills to make up the loose that they experienced. Lastly, the EnduroGP riders, Danny McCanney, Alex Salvini and Cristobal Guerrero will return fresh from the holiday season and will certainly bring up some moves to paved their way into the lead.
A must watch feat of riders including Eloi Salsench, Benjamin Herrera, Joan Pau Segura and Aurélien Addeso will be interesting. In addition to, there is the 2017 World Junior Champion, Blake Gutzeit who aims to make an impression in Germany. He is with the Yamaha Neubert team.
Quite a few surprises have been observed in Poland, first off was the shock elimination of one of the favourites for the season: Max Vital of Husqvarna. The Frenchman is already 43 points behind the leader: Kyle Flanagan. Similar to Blazusiak, the rider from South Africa was steady at the Tauron Arena. He had managed to stay cool despite of all the pressures during the races. By this attitude, he had managed to leave with the 24MX Leader’s Plate.
But the Yamaha Neubert rider has just one point benefit to the front of the surprise at the commencement of the season: Matteo Cavallo. The EnduroGP rider showed he may well contend among the future stars of the discipline and he is by now positioning himself as a title favourite.
There are also the Polish hopefuls, Emil Juszczak and Oskar Kaczmarczyk wo showed great potential and had been very close just behind the leader.
