WHAT’S NEW? PRO RACING TWO-STROKE POWER VALVE ADJUSTER

With the development of modern technology, two-stroke engine bikes have now access to an easier method of power adjustment without any tools. The Pro-Racing power valve adjuster was specifically developed for manual power valve adjuster in a two-stroke off road channelling the appetite of the rider.

The main function of this adjuster is to make a change on the power and aggressiveness preferably when riding in a race tracks or any different courses which is easier and convenient.

Pro Racing say the fit is easy – you remove the two power valve cover bolts on your bike, check the current setting (how many turns in), grease the springs and O-ring lightly, screw the adjuster into the housing and that’s it.

Depending on the rider’s thrill and excitement, the adjustment range is set from mild strength to power wild according to Pro Racing’s, Nick Hargave. Not just for convenient, it also fits all models of two-stroke such as all KTM and Husqvarna’s 250cc and 300cc models, and BetaRR 250cc and 300cc, and the X-Trainers.

Although Pro Racing Co. stated that it is compatible for carburetted and TPI models of KTM and Husqvarna, there are some factors needed to look for sure.

The TPI (fuel injected) KTM and Husqvarna models were both having none optional springs available and the settings for power valve is critical for performance to the ECU software calibration. Like other carburetted models, mostly engines were equipped with optional springs available. The cost for this is £35 including the VAT and shipping fee outside UK.

Making life easier is always beneficial to everyone. And with the help of technology, let’s us all make sure that tools keeps evolving for accessible and convenient for all rider’s no matter what field you play for.
