ENDUROCROSS HEADS TO ARIZONA FOR ROUND FIVE

For the 2017 AMA EnduroCross Championship, the place of yet another tough race will be in Scottsdale, Arizona on this weekend for round five of the said series. Cody Webb seems to be unstoppable in the points lead after the recent decision of 2016 champion, Colton Haaker to retire from the series due to his injured elbow. It seems that it will take some time for him to recover and be back into top shape.

This coming Saturday at the WestWorld equestrian arena will be filled with amazing array of riders that will surely take the breath of the locals and those that will be coming from other areas as well. FMF KTM’s Cody Webb holds a ten-point lead over Rockstar Husqvarna’s Colton Haaker but is set to miss the rest of the rounds because of his elbow injury. Webb has also taken three straight wins after a close second at the first round.

Aside from Webb and Haaker, there are other riders that are eager to have the top spot of the podium. Currently holds the third in the championship, Trystan Hart. In fourth is Kyle Redmond. A three time Junior EnduroCross champion, Ty Tremaine is in fifth. There are also Noah Kepple, Cooper Abbott and Destry Abbott who might be a real page turner in the main event. We just have to wait and find out.

The Arizona EnduroCross will also include one of the Friday night Destry Abbott, DA8 training sessions on the track. This training session is two hours long and will have very hands on with several of the top pro riders assisting Destry in providing instruction on how to tackle the obstacles. The said session is open to all even to those who are not competing. You will learn how to tackle the difficult obstacles found on tough trails and EnduroCross tracks for an entry fee of $100. This is limited to first 20 entries.

The Scottsdale event will have a lot of local supports. Catalyst Pain Solutions, which includes four Arizona locations, will be at the event to share information about their pain management options. Showcasing new models, gear and accessories, Ride Now Powersports will be on hand.
